Landlord discussed potential issue with a few plumbing fixtures location, BT to finalize plumbing locations for operatory sinks and confirm with Landlord on site coring locations. Construction drawings will be made to show the changes.

Concerns with egress distance was brought up by Landlord, BT to suggest additional entrance/exit for egress in staff room. This will allow staff and patients to have different entrances. It will also help rectify fire hose unit issue. Fire hose is 75m and would need to be switched to 100m.
